  • Variations in Timeframe: Delivery timeframes may vary based on the destination, type of service, and other external factors.

We offer the following delivery methods to meet your needs:

  • Open Transport: Vehicles are transported on an open carrier, exposed to the elements.
  • Enclosed Transport: Vehicles are transported in a closed carrier, offering protection from weather and road debris.
  • Door-to-Door Delivery: Vehicles are picked up and delivered to specific addresses for your convenience.
  • Nationwide Delivery: We deliver vehicles to all locations within the United States.
  • No International Delivery: We do not offer international vehicle transport services.

While we strive to deliver vehicles to all accessible locations, certain restrictions may apply:

  • Weather and Natural Disasters: Severe weather conditions or natural disasters may delay delivery.
  • Narrow Roads or Limited Access: If the pickup or delivery location has narrow roads or restricted access for large trucks, we may ask drivers to meet at a nearby parking lot or another spacious location.
  • Shipment Tracking: We currently do not offer an online tracking system but provide regular updates during the delivery process.
  • Delivery Updates: Customers will receive updates via phone, SMS, or email to keep them informed about the status of their shipment.
  • No Additional Fees: There are no hidden or additional fees associated with delivery. The quoted price is final.

To ensure a smooth delivery process, customers are required to:

  • Be Present: Be available at the pickup and delivery locations to hand over or receive the vehicle.
  • Provide Documentation: Provide proper documentation, such as proof of ownership or identification, if requested.
  • Prepare the Vehicle: Ensure the vehicle is ready for transport by removing personal items and reducing the gas tank to 1/4 full.
